Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Shipping Policy
We ship across India through reputable courier services, including Bluedart, DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, XpressBees, and others to ensure fast and secure delivery.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 working days.
- If courier service is unavailable in your area, we may ship via India Post.
- We are not responsible for any **delays caused by courier partners**.
2. Order Cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed, **cancellations are not permitted**.
- If an order is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be processed within **10 working days**.
- If an order fails or gets cancelled, and your payment was deducted, the amount will be **automatically refunded**.
3. Return Policy
Our return window is 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Conditions for Return:
- Damaged During Shipment: Notify us within **3 days** with clear photos of the damaged item.
- Missing Items: Report missing products within **3 days** with an **unboxing video as proof**.
- Defective or Non-Working Items: Provide testing proof within **3 days** for return eligibility.
- Incorrectly Ordered Items: Items ordered by mistake **cannot be returned** or refunded.
**Note:** Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
4. Return & Refund Process
- Reverse Pickup: If eligible, we will provide a **shipping label** via email. The label must be affixed to the package before returning.
- Inspection Process: After receiving the return, our team will inspect the item.
- Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within **7 business days** to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases where:
